I'm looking for brother's and sister's or relatives of my grandfatherAlbert Heinrich Carl Kosbab, born 12th march 1876 in Sch?nwalde /Kreis(district) Stolp, Pommern and his father Theodor Kosbab married withAlbertine Geik. My Grandfather Albert HC was living in Heppens/ nowWilhelmshaven, there he married Johanne Henriette Harms, andRendsburg, where he died in 1945.
I would be pleased about some informations or any help. I got contactto Brian Kosbab, but in my case, he cannot help me.

The registrar's of Wilhelmshaven has sent me the marriage document ofmy grandfather Albert Kosbab.??He was born in Sch?nwalde, Kreis Stolp. In germany civil registries only reach up to 1874. So for the nextsteps, we have to go to Polland, to the registry of the church.

There is no Bandeskow in Kreis Stolp, Pommern. There are two villagessouth of Schwerin named Bandekow, but that's not Pommern;-(Probablythis tiny little village is named Bandsechow. My friend is aspecialist for Pommern and he has got a list of all places in Pommernincluding numbers of families and inhabitants. So Bandsechow was theonly choise, which came near to Bandeskow. He gave me that informationabout Bandsechow: It is placed near Stolp and Lauenburg/Pommern. Ithas had 78 Families and about 300 inhabitants.( Till 1945) I prepareda little map, so you can see the approximate position.
On monday I'll make contact with the registrar's of Bremerhaven,former Heppens, as to whether they still have proof of my grandfatherAlbert Hinrich Carl.
